Today we had a few Book Talks, promoting some interesting works. We also learned the last of our 20 new words for unit 4. Students now have a four-page document with notes, definitions, synonyms, examples, and graphics for each of their words. Tentatively our test for this unit is scheduled for next Thursday, December 10. On Friday, December 11, we will start our first of three days in the tech lab to word process all of our portfolio documents.
The end-of-quarter portfolio is due Tuesday, December 15.
