Today we continued our unit 4 vocabulary study with five new words. I'm happy to see students use their new words in conversations and in writing. Tomorrow we will wrap up the unit with the last of the twenty words. Students continued to work on their portfolio drafts, too. The official due date for the portfolio is Tuesday, December 15. (The green revision folder closes on Friday, December 11.)
Friday (tomorrow, December 4) will usher in another round of Book Talks. It will also be a Reader's Workshop day.
Bundle up tomorrow, folks. It's supposed to be a nippy day!
